Q: How can I hire you for editing, formatting, and book design services?

A: You can contact me via email about all of these services. I would need information on what services you would like to commission me for as well as information on the book such as genre, synopsis, chapter samples, etc for me to look over. Once I have read over all of your information I will contact you about the work you would like me to do, deadlines, and fees. You can read more here.

Q: What is the difference between formatting and book design?

A: Book Design is basically taking Formatting to the next level. Formatting is just getting the text in proper publication format while Book Design is setting your book up to where it has a unique look internally. Formatting is very basic in terms of setting up for publication when Book Design will make your work stand out inside and out.

Q: How can I order prints or products of your Stained Glass Hearts Designs?

A: You can order Stained Glass Hearts prints and products directly through me by messaging the Facebook page, an Etsy conversation, or sending me an email.

Q: Are your Stained Glass Hearts Designs customizable?

A: Yes! If you would like a blank heart customized for you (choice of colors and words) or words added to a design please contact me directly via email, messaging the facebook page, or etsy conversation to order! Q: How can I commission you to design something for me, my company, etc?

A: You can send me an inbox on the Facebook page, email me, or an Etsy conversation. I have design packages set up for certain types of design and am happy to create a custom package for you.

Q: What all can you design?

A: I can design Book Covers, Logos, Business Cards and other marketing materials, ads, Facebook cover photos, Desktop Wallpapers, and Website headers, and much more! I can do most anything that VistaPrint offers because they provide layout templates for Photoshop. I can, also, custom design t-shirts, fabric, mugs, mousepads, etc.

Q: What all does a design package include? Does it include any product or just the design?

A: Design packages are for the cost of the design work only. Every package is all inclusive for the design of the items in the package with the exception of the cost for stock photo use. All of my designs are optimized for the specific sizes they will be and in high definition (300 DPI).

Q: Can I add on the design of additional products to my package?

A: Yes, you can! You can contact me via messaging the facebook page, etsy conversation, or email to ask about the cost of adding on the additional design. If it is multiple items you would like to add please contact me directly for custom package creation.

Q: Can I have a design package custom created for exactly what I need?

A: Yes, you can! If you would like a custom design package please contact me directly via messaging the Facebook page, Etsy conversation, or email.

Q: I want a design package including items that are not listed as part of packages. Can I have a package created to include them?

A: Yes, you can! Just contact me directly via messaging the facebook page, etsy conversation, or email and I will be happy to create the custom package for you to include the design of those items.

Q: Do you offer ordering services for items you design?

A: Yes, I do! I will gladly place the order for a client after receiving the cost of design, product, and shipping plus a $2 fee to cover the paypal fee via paypal and have the items shipped directly to the client. I will, also, apply any promotional codes I have for vistaprint at that time and have it applied on the invoice that I send to clients. I have a business account for vistaprint as well, which allows an additional discount on product and shipping cost.

Q: Can I use a design package for the design of products for multiple books, stores,companies, etc?

A: All design packages are for single book, store, company product design. If you would like a package for multiple of any of these please contact me directly via messaging the facebook page, email, or etsy conversation.

Q: Do you offer discounts for frequent client and client referrals?

A: Yes, I do. Please see all that information in the discounts for frequent clients and client referrals on the Editing & Design Packages page.

Q: What payment methods do you prefer?

A: I prefer to use paypal for my invoicing and payments.

Q: What design program do you use?

A: I use Adobe Photoshop CS4 to do all of my design work.

Q: Can your Stained Glass Hearts designs be used commercially?

A: Yes! If you would like to use any of them commercially please contact me by email for usage rules and licensing fees. You can also read more information on licensing on the Stained Glass Hearts page of my portfolio.

Q: Are you available as a contributing editor and/or writer for a website, magazine, etc?

A: Yes! If you would like to view examples of the type of work I do please view my section on Articles, Inspiration, and DIY! My standard fee is $15 – $30 per article, which is negotiable. For all inquiries you may contact me by email.

Q: Do you charge for any of your fan art pieces? Do you take fan art requests?

A: My fan art pieces are available for free. You may download any of them from my deviantart account or from the fan art section of my portfolio. All I ask if you use any of my fan art is to credit me as the artist. I occasionally can take fan art requests, depending on how many commissions I am working on at the time. I am always open to ideas of things for when I have spare time.
